Aside from the free resources offered here, I also work directly with people to help them to be mindful. There are 6 ways:-


1. Group Courses Meeting for 6 weeks (usually about 10 people from all walks of life) for 2 hours a week with handouts, plus homework meditation practice and exercises.

These are mostly evening courses from 6-8pm. For details about the course, current dates and cost, please get in touch.


2. Individual Guidance The monthly meetings and events will help you to continue being mindful and keep you in touch with others of a like mind. In addition to those opportunities, there is a chance to further develop your understanding of mindfulness by having some one-to-one sessions with Colin. If this is of interest to you please get in touch.


3. Group Monthly Meetings Whether you've attended a mindfulness course or not, and whether you know anything about mindfulness at all, it doesn’t matter, anyone is welcome to come along to this friendly open group. We meet at Winton House from 7-9pm on the last Tuesday of each month. We share our interests in mindfulness with each other and it's very informal, informative and sociable. This meeting is almost Free! There is only a small contribution for refreshments and room hire. People come whenever they are available and there's no set agenda.


4. 'Be Mindful ~ Be Alive!' Events These events involve a small group of people being mindful in real life, and everyone is welcome whether they know anything about mindfulness or not. We eat lunch mindfully to really enjoy and appreciate the food. We go out into town mindfully to experience all there is to experience, as if for the very first time. And we often listen to music mindfully too. Being mindful in this way gives us plenty to reflect on. Mostly so we can understand the difference between the experience itself, and what the mind is making of it all. And we share all this mindfully with each other. Guided informally by me, with the invitation of course to be at ease with yourself!


5. Mindful at Work Having a background in organisational consultancy, leadership and management development, Colin Eveleigh knows the pressures and demands of the corporate and public worlds. He also knows what it takes to be mindful, to survive the Mind Field, and to move on. Please get in touch for further information.


6. Talks about Mindfulness Recent talks about mindfulness have been given to The Ex-Table Business Group, an Osteopathy Group, The Alzheimers Society, a Tinnitus Support Group and The 5th International Conference on Fibromyalgia. If you know of an organisation that may benefit from understanding more about mindfulness, please get in touch. Colin has also introduced mindfulness in many health, education, public and private sector organisational settings and would be happy to talk to you about any interests you may have.
